Domain forwarding with masking
I thought I'd added this as long as two years ago but maybe not...
We forward our domain to our CR site and would like for you to support domain forwarding masking so that the URL shows our domain name not CR. This will avoid confusion from our users.

Front Desk Dashboard w/Analytics
We need a front desk dashboard to see all reservations/events and a quick way to check in members when they walk into the club.

Employee "pin" login number.
We have many employees that operate Court Reserve daily. However, this can become an issue when we want to check what employee is doing what. Usually our opener will log in as themselves and it will stay that way for the whole day. If another person charges someone incorrectly or checks in the wrong person there is no way to tell who it is because it's logged in as the first employee. Usually we try and tell our employees to log in and out every time they do something but that doesn't always happen. I would like to request a "pin" function so once Court Reserve is inactive for a certain amount of time (maybe a couple minutes?) they have to use their pin to log in as themselves to complete an action. This way we can accurately see what employee is doing what and can track these mistakes more accurately or commend the employees that do something well.

The basic idea here is to allow people to sign up for a timeslot. At a predetermined time, the court allocation process will begin and the courts will be allocated based on a set of rules.

Booking restrictions that only include reservations made by the member
Allow each member to book a maximum # of hours each week, without including reservations that they were listed as a player. Only include reservations they booked themselves.

For smaller gym that do not have a front desk or computer, having the option to put an iPad on the wall to allow mobile payments (like Square reader) would help streamline the guest payments.

Allow Clients to Purchase Packages
Currently Clients are not able to buy Packages online. These can only be sold by Admin or Sub admin.
When booking online the system prompts users only with the Drop in price instead of the ability to purchase larger pass packs online. This increases workload of admin as individuals wait to purchase in person. Further it does not allow individuals unfamiliar with the facility/club the knowledge base of these programs.
I recommend adding the ability for clients to see all payment options available which booking online.

Events report - summary
Hello,
We need a simplified version of the Events list report with just the essential columns so the all the attendants can just copy and past from CR to an email.
The columns are :
Category, Name , Date , Time and Recurrence

Setting priority of Courts on what can be booked.
if facilities have pickleball courts painted on tennis courts, they generally have 2 courts per 1 tennis court. Can we add an option to force members who book pickleball to have to book Pickleball A and then Pickleball B before ending up booking pickleball courts on the second tennis court?
if pickleball courts only utilize half a tennis court, we dont want to block 2 tennis courts by only using half the court for pickleball. We want to book both halves of 1 tennis court before allowing members to book another pickleball court and blocking the second tennis court.

Control how Credits are applied
Currently, credits (Balance Adjustments) have two issues: there's no way to clarify Revenue Category, and they get auto-applied to the oldest outstanding fees (mostly though it's not clear what the logic is) even if there's no correlation between the fee(s) and the credit. This complicates Invoices and statements when events are missing that were previously unpaid, but other (newer) fees remain even if the credit was intended to remove them. The system should 1) default Credits to remain on balance unless the user 2) chooses to "Apply to oldest" or 3) assigns the credit to specified fees. In all cases, Credits should include a Revenue Category so accounting properly recognizes revenue and adjustments.
