Reverse look up using a members phone number

Sometimes we get phone calls or texts from clients but don't know their name. It would be nice to be able to type their phone number in the search and then populate their name.

Hi Karen, thank you for the post! This feature is available.

  1. Under Settings go to the General Settings row
  2. Click GENERAL 
  3. Scroll down about halfway to Include Phone Number on Member Lookup (or use Control+F and type phone) and make sure that is CHECKED
  4. Be sure to save before you close the page! 
  5. Now you can search by phone number in your member search boxes
