Suspend membership for a set period and auto renew/activate.

Allow admins to suspend membership for a set period of time and let it activate again automatically to renew billing.

We use membership for enrolling kids for coaching on a monthly basis. Parents sometimes take off or a child is injured and would like to pause for a month or so. Would like the functionality to auto activate the membership when the period is over.

If membership is paused in the middle of the month, allow for pro-rate process to either refund for half the month based on when the renewal is occurring the following month.
