Matt,

So like an early bird discount?

Use Case: Have a setting that allows you to enter a discount say 5% if signed up X days before the event starts?

Katie,

This will be solved once we release our Promo Code feature.

For now, going to merge this idea with that feature so you can track progress.

It's in our development pipeline for a scheduled release later this year!

Thanks,
Tim

I wanted to poll this group: Has anyone who has posted in this thread wanting a tournament manager had any experience running a tournament via Pickleball Den? If so, please respond and let me know. I would love to chat about your experience.

I agree, Kateri. It's a great, affordable tool that gets the job done, and our employees love it as well.

I just wanted to update everyone on this idea.  We hear you and know many of you are requesting a staff time clock.

At this point, we do not have any immediate plans to build this on our own.  Many of our clubs (including our own at Old Coast Pickleball) utilize HomeBase for staff tracking, PTO, and more - you can check it out here: https://www.joinhomebase.com/ - it works well and for most clubs it's no extra cost as they have a free option if you have a small # of staff.

If anything, we may integrate this product into CR, becoming an official partner with HomeBase.

That said, we are developing an Instructor Payouts feature that will allow you to set up rate and commission schedules for your teaching pros.  This will be a reporting tool that can help clubs know precisely how to pay their pros and allow the pros to see how much commission they have earned in a given period.

This feature is in QA and scheduled for a BETA release very soon.  To keep this lower in scope, we are simply giving the ability for organizations to turn this on at the time your new bookings open, and allowing you to configure a predetermined "queueing" time, like 30 to 60 seconds, to let all the requests come in. A randomizer will allocate the courts based on the requests during that time. This is a great start, and we will improve from here.

Great news! Our product and development teams are currently working on this!  The Product Owner assigned, Josh Weese, will provide updates here as they develop. Thanks!
