Reporting

We run a lot of reports, and I just realized the "waiver report" only has "name" as a field option. This becomes a problem when exporting the report and it lumps our customer's name together in the same excel cell. The other reports (members, etc.) all have first name and last name as selectable options when running the report. Can you please make the reporting for waivers match. Thanks!
