Yeah. Thank you for that. I will give you a specific example. I just set up a member group called "The Dinkers" (#852942). Their event is on Mondays beginning October 14 from 9-11 am. From my experience, using this format, you can only register yourself, you can't add the other players in as you would with a long-term court reservation.
The reason I'm switching over is because I have employees who have gone in and edited the court for our members and instead of just changing "This Occurrence" The end up editing All Occurrences. As you know, if they do this it results in members getting charged for previous court times, sometimes going back months. It keeps happening over and over again and I have to go in and refund member accounts for each of those events.
So, I've begun setting up these long term reservations as private group events instead. This seems to alleviate that problem of editing all the courts instead of just the one instance.
If I'm missing something on how I set it up so that one person can populate the court by pulling people from their group, please tell me how I can do that.
