This item is sitting under different POS suggestions including tips & tabs.  Please consider this...its been years.  

Its been 2 years, waiting for tips to be functional as a % of the total POS checkout.  We also need the ability to keep a tab for customers who are at our lounge having more than 1 item and not checking out with each item.

We agree and need it for food & beverage.  We would like a % tip to be added to the total in all POS items.  A fixed $ amount that has to be calculated and amended for each POS sale is horribly cumbersome.   I posted this several years ago, with no resolve yet. 

Hi Kim, we have added a POS items called "Lounge Tip" or "Lesson Tip".  Its a decent workaround, however the item's price is set, so you need to adjust the amount with the appropriate amount at checkout which is cumbersome but still allows you to add it on the fly! :)
