Tim, While you are at it, two other suggestions I would make along these lines.
First, be able to toggle the ability to charge your account on and off by membership type. For example, we have daily players who might have a card on file with us, but they aren't full-blown members so we don't want to offer them the ability to charge their account, because I don't want to batch bill for them.
Second, be able to turn this feature off completely for all types of members by default, but then be able to go into a specific member and turn it on. For example, we might only want to pick particular members that get the courtesy of being able to charge items to their account, and they may vary their membership types.
Adding those two capabilities along with the restriction that they must have a card on file will greatly increase the functionality of this. Right now we see a lot of exposure and a number of errors that happened each month, and then we need to track those people down and fix them. Adding these two additional features will fix that for us.
