The facility would get a better idea who is showing up and be able to provide better service to our members if we could have this information ahead of time. Our frequent flyers purposely do not add players to the reservations as they have learned it negatively impacts their friends if they are added ahead of time. Can someone provide "the why" the system penalizes all the players listed on a reservation?
