I can understand the logic that says you cannot take a payment from a member just because someone else has added them to a court reservation but there must be a better way to handle this even if it has to be a notification that the reservation will be cancelled if all fees haven't been paid by a certain time prior to the reservation, or perhaps a penalty if not paid within a certain time after the booking?
