This is something we have been looking for as well. We no longer offer any free guests per month to our members because there is no way to track them. This is a great membership perk that we would like to offer, but we cannot until this suggestion is implemented.

Since our golf simulators can be booked by the hour and can last 1-4 hours, the solution could be to automatically add a 5-10 minute buffer to the tail end of a reservation when it is made during certain hours and on certain days. This solution works because our golf simulator reservations are not always broken up into uniform time slots, unlike our pickleball reservations, which are booked by 90-minute time slots.
