Yes please.  this would be a fantastic feature.  For Camps can do Camp Lunches, Pre and Post Care and so much more.  Saves the member/user registering three times.  Would also be nice if we could have dependent questions.  If they selected Camp lunch - not only would it add them to the program (reportable), but it would charge them and get them to fill in a new custom field - any dietary requirements.

This would also cut across all membership types.  A member pays it once and no matter what membership they may join in the future they are not charged it again.

The flag field for denoting a member has paid it is also very  useful as we could manually select it if we do not wish to charge an initiation fee for any reason.
