Probably the single biggest issue limiting revenue (b/c memberships that don't pay end up signing up for 2 events at the same time slot to try to "upgrade" their spot. It could offer them to withdraw from the other as well, but at least restricting them from signing up for 2 events at the exact same date/time would be a huge win for all.
