Prevent registration if rating is not met, Admin side.

We have events that are restricted by player rating. Players are getting registered by sub-admin because into events in which the player does not meet player rating criteria.  It would be helpful if player rating is visible at the check in process. As is now, we have to exit out of the event and look up the player and then return to the event.

Just like on the member portal side where restrictions are enforced, is there a way to have that on the admin side as well (with ability to override)?
