Do not issue refunds when splitting fees across players equally and someone drops off the reservation

When players are allowed to edit the reservation and cancel, it changes costs when fees are split equally across each player. Then if someone else is added it issues refunds and changes the fee again and my players do not like all the refund changes.

we charge each member based on their membership, but I imagine would have a similar issue with tracking the appropriate fees
