Allow the ability to have different prime times for different courts, ie. tennis and pickleball.

Our tennis reservation times are made in hour and a half increments and pickleball are in 1 hour time slots, so they need separate prime times.

Different court sports have different "Prime" - popular times/days which means that the system which applies the same to all courts doesn't now work well. Need to be able to set prime hours for each court use type.
