Ability to Allow/Prevent Reservation Types during Prime Times

We would like the ability to prevent certain booking types during Prime Times. For example, being able to say "Singles not allowed during Prime Times". 

We have looked at Custom Schedulers as a work around but being able to have it seamlessly integrated into 1 scheduler is ideal for us and gives us some options that Custom Schedulers can make more complicated.
