Yes
We have a feature coming down the road to allow you to customize family roles. No ETA right now.
In our use case, we offer a family membership intended for 2 adults and any under 18 children in the family. But registrants are adding their 18+ kids as "other adult", which is not consistent with our family membership policy. The solution could be to remove the "Other Adult" choice, or allow us to enforce age restrictions on each role individually.
