Lesson "approve" or "decline" prompted even when staff schedules lesson

When a member schedules a lesson, the Instructor has to "approve" or "decline".  

When a staff member schedules it for a member, it does not prompt the instructor to "approve" or "decline" the lesson.

We are requesting that this functionality be added.
