More controls and options on Waitlists.

Would like more user defined options for WaitLists. 

1.) Option to require a Credit Card on file to add your name to Waitlist. We require pre-payment for all our Events. Currently the only way a person can be added to a roster without paying is from the Waitlist. If can not add this option, at least add the credit card icon beside the customers name on the Waitlist roster (like it is on the normal roster) so we can easily see who is on the Waitlist WITHOUT a credit card so we can delete them or contact them before they are auto-added.

2.) Option to have system automatically charge credit card when auto adding from a Waitlist. We spend a lot of time viewing upcoming rosters and clicking the PAY button and tracking down customers for payment. If Event requires pre-payment, and customer has a credit or credit card on file and they are allowed to be auto added to the roster within the time frame we have setup in the event setup, then CR should charge them automatically, or at least give us the global option to choose auto pay or not. We have a lot of movement of players and do not allow players on a roster without payment and should not be something we have to look at hundreds of event rosters every day searching for customers that were auto added and need to click the PAY button.
