Waitlist for Court Time

Not sure if I am on an island on this one... But us indoor people, where our court usage is super high would love to see this. It is also a great way to know how many people want a court but are not getting it. 

Great News - this has not been officially planned for Q1 2022! 

We would also like to see this feature include Book a Pro reservations

This is a needed feature for The Downtown Club, especially with a large tennis membership and10 indoor courts.

We use the wait list for courts extensively and our members are overjoyed to receive the call that a court has opened up for their use. It is also a great tool for retention which translates right into Court Reserve if it can be added as an auto feature that inserts them on the open court and contacts them.

I would want the "auto-add" to be optional/configurable. I would set it to notify everyone on the wait list that court has opened up and they can book it first come, first served. Even if someone puts their name on the waitlist doesn't mean they still want the court 4 days later if it happens to open up. People make other plans.

We would really like to see this feature added to help our operations for all the obvious reasons.  Thank you!

Hey everyone, just wanted to share some good news.  The court waitlisting feature just went into development!  Should be able to get this out to you by the Holiday season.  We are excited about this one!

Tim   - Will the waitlist feature work with the "Match Maker --- open reservations" so that if CR cancels a Open Reservation due to not meeting the minimum players then the waitlist players can receive a text or email notification of the opening  ?
