Staff Timeclock Integration w/HomeBase

The idea here is to provide a simple clock-in/clock-out module for staff.  Time reports will be presented along with PTO features and future payroll integration with other companies.

Love this and wondering what the projected time frame is for payroll integration. Might an API be useful?

Just wondering if there is an update on this item. Prepping for the summer right now with the influx of seasonal staff.

Chris, while this is something we are exploring, it's likely to be an integration with Homebase.


If you need a staff timeclock, look there.  It's a great tool.

We need to track staff hours worked with a time clock. We would also like a report that could calculate pro pay for lessons/clinics each pay period.

@Tim, Homebase is pretty amazing, and I would support that approach

Please add this feature

Please please add even a simple version for only hourly employees.  We wouldn't need any pto tracking.

Please add a checkin/out clock for admin staff.  I'm sure every club would use this.  Looks like this has been suggested for years. 

Any update on this? Payroll integration would be a huge value add!

Hello CR staff - can you please proved us an update? this is a feature that many of us need and are waiting for. Thank you.

I just wanted to update everyone on this idea.  We hear you and know many of you are requesting a staff time clock.  

At this point, we do not have any immediate plans to build this on our own.  Many of our clubs (including our own at Old Coast Pickleball) utilize HomeBase for staff tracking, PTO, and more - you can check it out here: https://www.joinhomebase.com/ - it works well and for most clubs it's no extra cost as they have a free option if you have a small # of staff.

If anything, we may integrate this product into CR, becoming an official partner with HomeBase.

That said, we are developing an Instructor Payouts feature that will allow you to set up rate and commission schedules for your teaching pros.  This will be a reporting tool that can help clubs know precisely how to pay their pros and allow the pros to see how much commission they have earned in a given period.

Hi All

Yes, we have been using Home Base for 1.5 years now.  We have the basic plan and it good.  We download the app on an ipad for employees to clock in/out.  They have more advanced features available too.
