Event Copy should include the details from Event Setup Tab

Currently when we copy from a source event into a new one, the new event does not receive the details from the Event Setup tab including which membership types can see the event, the cost, is Public flag, Allow Online Registration flag, whether payment is required up front, whether approval is required, Registration start date, Registration Ends before date and Show Registrant flags.   

Usually when copying an event, we need most of the above fields to be the same so it would be helpful if they were included in the copy so we don't have to set them again for each event.  Then we could just override the few fields that are different, or uncheck an entire column if it doesn't apply to our new event.  This will take much less time than reproducing all these settings again after a copy.
