Ability to quickly print receipts in mass from the Transaction List.

Story: We had a Club-branded clothing sale, which we charged to our members’ accounts. After ordering the clothing, we needed to print the receipts for those specific transactions to sort the clothing for each sale. It takes 10 clicks to print each receipt (305 receipts X 10 clicks = 6.5 hours of wasted time).

Run the Transaction List by Sale Date and Revenue Categories

Sort by Name (or Date)

Click on Transaction Links

Click on Payment Transaction Date

Click on Receipt button

Select Printer

Click on Print (brings up Print Dialog)

Click on Print Dialog Print button

Close Tab

Click on Close Transaction Details

Click on the next Transaction Link
