Prevent Membership to charge monthly fee when signing up during pre-sale

The membership setup allows for memberships to start and end on any date but the system requires payment on the spot the mom ent someone signups up. It would be great if, during the membership pre-sale for new clubs, the monthly fee wouldn't be charged months or weeks in advance. 

You already have the options for the membership to start at a later date.
