
Aged Fees Report Calculation Needs Improving
The Aged Fees report that appears under the Transactions tab needs improving please. Let me explain. If a member on 11.26.22 registers for an event scheduled to take place on 2.17.23, on 2.18 (after that event has been completed), that member will show up on the Aged Fees listing as being delinquent 61-90 days. So for this to happen, it appears to me that the Aged Fees calculation is being basing on the 11.26 date, when the member signed up for the event, versus when that event was completed and should be due, which would be on the 2.17.23 date. Please see member Mizu Howell in our system. The example I gave above is for her -- she has a $4 charge that is showing 61-90 days past due, that I don't believe should be showing as delinquent but is because it is being calculated based on when she signed up for that event vs the date of the event. Each month I go through and charge our members who show delinquent, and each month there have been a number of members that show delinquent that really are not delinquent due to how the Aged Fees calculation is working. As such, are you able to get this corrected, so a member won't show delinquent until, let say, 30 days after the event has been completed, etc.???
