notification of certain types of reservations, not all reservations

We want to be notified of ball machine rental reservations, not court reservations.  We have to get the ball machine out for ball machine rentals and we want to be notified of when to do so.

I would like to add, it would be nice not to get all notifications on all court bookings, but just ones that are Pending Approval.
