Packages - Ability to sell "Packs" of Lessons/Clinics/Court Time, and other items

The idea here is to allow a member to purchase a set of "credits" for a set of lessons, court time, or other units at the organization at a set price then use them when they choose.

This would be amazing, at the minimum having us be able to sell packs of lessons with instructors would be great!

So excited to announce this feature has been released!  If you haven't turned it on, you can do so now under add-ons.  Also, we are offering it free to trial for the next two weeks!
