We would love an integration or basic CRM functionality (email templates, pipeline, call/email tracking, follow-up steps, etc.) in Courtreserve
It would be amazing if attached to a member, the CRM function had a due date and would show up on a list for a date range of to-do's for members, and once done, populate in their notes section of the member so we can see a history. CRM doesn't have to be complicated... just member name, topic, notes and due date (searchable by all fields but particularly by date). This is the way I follow up not only with prospects but also stay in touch with members over time.
