Mobile app: don't hide the required field of Guest Name

I've recorded a video to explain the frustration with the mobile app and how it is not intuitive to add a guest:

We are getting courts booked weekly where members are NOT logging (or paying for) their guests because adding a guest name is not intuitive and it stops them from being able to book in, so they just don't pay for the guest...
