membership approval notification

As treasurer of our club, i'm the one who approves would-be members once i receive their dues payment (via a payment method outside the CR app). We have a membership chair who sends out welcome packets to all new members. It would be nice if I personally didn't have to notify the membership chair each time I approve a new member. I request a setting to indicate who should get automatically notified when a new member gets approved.
