Custom Fields added to the app

As an CR administrator at my club, it would be nice to be able to see results of a custom field view on the app.   To many times, I have to call the Pro Shop to get a head count for those who want to join us after play (it's a drop down yes or no in their signup).  But can not see the results on the app.
