Add a way (admin interface) to modify what inactive members can see in member portal

Right now inactive members with assigned but unpaid membership can see all interfaces as active (paid) members can see with the same type of the membership. One example is court booking interface. Unpaid members are not able to use it but it would be great if they also couldn't see it.
Need a way to modify it using admin options, maybe a separate interface to edit everything inactive members can do/access.
