Account Creation in batches (file upload)

For large groups (corporate events, etc.), we use WaiverSign to send out the liability waiver in advance.  From WaiverSign, we can export the signed group waivers and the data from fields that we've created.  If there was the capability to create new Court Reserve accounts in a batch format by uploading a file (like the functionality of adding new people in a service like Mailchimp), that would cut down on a ton of data input that our staff would have to do.
