Customize refund options in Events

Some recurring events need a pro-rated refund with an event occurrence cancellations, but others do not.  It would be good to have an option in the Event setting, to not allow any refunds on cancellations.  This way you could set up the auto-refund feature, but the event setting would control whether the event was eligible for refunds or not.
