Ability to search members where custom field or rating is "empty"

The dynamic member groups are great.  Would it be possible to allow us to filter for data that isn't filled in?

For example, if we have Pickleball Ratings from 1.0-5.0, can we filter for anyone who doesn't have that information filled in?

Another way of looking at it is to have a checkbox to allow us to "Exclude" certain ratings.
