Show Client their price vs. Member/Package price on reservation checkout page w/option to "unlock" pricing by purchasing on Checkout page

Idea: Add Membership purchase on reservation checkout page showing price for that session if they had a membership or package.

Flow:  When client reserves a timeslot, on the checkout payment page, if they are a "Free Guest" and not a member, show the "Membership" price in a locked state so they see what they are "missing out on" with a "Get Access" button to encourage them to buy a membership at that time.   Whiskyrun golf club does this well.  

I insert a picture of what that looks like.  This does not have to be restricted to only Memberships but could be packages too showing the price for that session they are booking if they had a membership or a package.
