I would like the system to give automatic refund to registrants of an event date when the admin cancels the event regardless of when it is cancelled.

I would like the system to give automatic refund to registrants of an event date when the admin cancels the event regardless of when it is cancelled. For example, an event is held outdoors and it is rained out, the admin cancels the event after the start time. All of the registrants should get an automatic refund.

I think that you can set this up with the new Automatic Refund feature that Court Reserve offers.
Hi Len and Doug- the Automatic Refunds do not provide refunds after the event has started. At this time we would not expand this to Automatically refunding after the event is started because we want to leave it up to the organization to decide if and how much of a refund should be given. Though, we can look at expanding the cancellation auto refund rule capabilities.
Hi Kim,
If an admin cancels an event because of a rain out, the registrants should be refunded automatically. This would be a handy feature that you could give organizations the option to do.
