Email with payment link sent after reservation made by admin
When a member books a court, he or she has 15 minutes to pay for a court. When the reservation is made by the admin, the court remains reserved even if unpaid, so we often have to take care of payment during check-in. Is there any way to send a payment link to the member when a reservation is made by the admin? Sometimes, we are too busy to take payment information over the phone if they are a new member or if their payment information wasn't previously saved. Most players would like to pay immediately, they just don't know how to do that. Writing the steps to pay on our website will not solve the problem (they bypassed our website and CR when they called to make the reservation, so they are unlikely to find those payment steps on our website).
