Sending Emails via Mobile App

Hi, I'd like to propose adding the functionality of allowing admins to send an email to all members through the mobile app. This situation came up recently where the weather was not cooperating, and we needed to cancel the following day's event but we couldn't do it because no one was at their desk (it was late). So having this function on the mobile app will allow any of the admins to communicate with all members regardless of where they are (and on the weekends when people aren't working) to communicate last minute changes due to weather, etc.
