Would be huge assistance for most clubs, but especially the clubs that use a separate POS system for billing. When you check-in a reservation or lesson, it changes to a different color on the main schedule board. Really would be a HUGE help.

Jesse,

Thank you for submitting your idea.  However at this time, we are not looking to change colors on the scheduler.  We do show the "Check" once all parties for a reservation/event have been checked in.  Since the colors are already in use by the event categories and reservation types, adding another color here would be confusing.
