Free guest pass per membership

This is fix the huge problem we have at our club where we want to allow members to bring a free guests few times before they will start paying a guest fee.

We need this as well.  We give 12 free passes a year.   After those are used, members must then pay for anymore.  Currently we have created a 12 punch free pass package as a work around.  It's ok but requires a lot of extra steps to track and use for each membership (It can't be bulk inserted at the beginning of each year for the entire membership and we have to check each membership as they are used before assigning new because expired packages don't show on the same page.). Is there a better way to set this up?  ideas?
