Increase Punch Cost with Number of Courts

We've found that if we configure a package with 1 punch  = 1 drop-in, and 4 punches = full court that the number of punches required to make a reservation does not increase with the number of courts.  

With cash, a 2hr one court rental is $50.  A 2hr two court rental is $100, and so on. Makes sense.

With packages, a 2hr single court rental is 4 punches. A 2hr two court rental is 4 punches, and so on. It's always 4 punches no matter how courts are reserved. Doesn't make sense.
