Additional options for creating widgets

It would be great to be able to pick events to create a widget for, rather than doing it based on a category or filter. For example, we have 2 events we are running for an organization and one is considered a Clinic, and the other is a Tournament. We can create an Event Filter specifically for that but it would be nice to have more flexibility on what you can use to create a Widget
