Custom Field selection can add an icon to a member's name that only staff can see

If a member has a particular choice selected on their profile under a Custom Field, I would like to have a specific icon show up next to their name that only staff can see. 

For a couple examples, we have youth students who have their parent's permission to go home by themselves. We have a custom field that notes this. Instead of confirming on their profile after each class, it would save a lot of time if there could be a star or other icon next to their name. 

We also have programs where participants get pro shop discounts. However, participants forget to mention it, and staff don't necessarily open the participant's member profile each time they ring them up on POS. We could do a custom field that denotes that the participant has a discount and an icon could appear by their name. 

If we need staff to talk to a member when they next have a reservation, the icon could show up by the member's name and staff can look in the Notes tab for a reminder of what needs to be discussed.

Depending on the use, we wouldn't want the icon to be seen by the member. We also don't want them to worry by something different popping up on the account.
