Booking times for courts to be a variable hour

I would like the system to allow the court reservations to open say 7 days in advance, but using a variable hour... so like the Events work. If we have an event that starts at 6pm, then registrants can joint exactly 7 days to the 6pm hour in advance. If it starts at 3pm, same thing for the 3pm hour.

We would like court reservations to work the same way. To reserve a court at 10am, then the availability for that court would be 10am 7 days prior.
