Change No-Show check-in COLOR red

Love the option to select NO-SHOW at check-in. Can you make the colors different than Check-In, maybe RED. The font is already quite small so something to help differentiate between all options, including LATE would help, especially when charging No-Show fees.

What exactly are you looking to color based on check-in status?  The player's name on the scheduler?

Instead of Green when a check-in is confirmed, Red to indicate the no-show. It's just helps to differentiate.

Great idea and easy to do. Will tag it for our planning meeting next week.

when we have players late cancel- we still want to open up the spot  (when we don't have a waitlist to draw from) and charge the customer-- the problem is if we remove them but they have not paid it disappears off their bill-- because we bill for sessions at the end of the month. is there a way to flag late cancel and not have them show as registrant so the spot has reopened for another player to register. The work around is sometimes to increase the number of max registrants but that confuses our clientele and to delete and re-add the late cancel after the event starts to bill customer is confusing too.

I second what Christy has said! We are constantly dealing with this exact issue and have tried to handle it in the same way but it's confusing and not working out very well.
