Allow players to choose another court after not getting desired court, rather than getting auto assigned a court.

Our club has two separate areas of courts that are about 2 miles away from each other. Courts 1-6 are located separately from courts 7-13 in our large community. When players are vying for courts at the same time for the next week, the player who does not get the desired court is automatically assigned the 1st available court according to the numbered system of 1-13. However, they may get assigned a court in the area that is 2 miles away from them. For example, the player was asking for a court in the court 7-13 area, but was then assigned a court in the 1-6 area because those open courts get assigned first in the number system. We would like to give players the area that is desired and closest to where they live. Can there be an optional setting that allows for a grouping of courts to be the first to get assigned rather than have the entire set of courts up for assignment?
