Ability to leave court closure filter off, to allow staff to always be able to when courts are closed on custom schedulers..
In order for staff to be able to see closures on our custom scheduler, they have to turn the closure filter off every time they open the schedule. So when they switch from one custom scheduler to another the filter needs to turned off.
