Minimize & Consolidate Custom Schedulers by utilizing multiple time intervals in a day
Suggestion to implement time intervals similar to the functionality provided on the prime time scheduling where multiple time interval options can be created during a day.
Here’s an example of where 3 schedulers are required that could be consolidated into 1 scheduler:
Tennis reservations are permitted on:
- Monday from 7-9am & 5-7pm
- Tuesday from 7-9am; noon-2pm & 5-7pm
3 separate schedulers are currently required:
- 7-9am
- noon-2pm
- 5-7pm
With time intervals only 1 scheduler would be required

Dave,
Have you explored our Fixed Duration functionality for this?
Tim,
I tried the Fixed Duration. I like the ability to add several different time slots. I find the FD functionality restricts the reservation time duration for the specified time segment. It does not restrict when the reservation type can (& cannot) be reserved.
My idea was not clear. The suggestion is to add time segments to the schedulers which restrict the reservation type to the time interval selected
I need to rethink the suggestion on Primetime. Caveat: I have no idea what is involved in the programming..
Currently in order to see what reservation types are restricted by Prime Time the Admin needs to drill into each reservation type to see if Prime Time is enabled. Then check the Prime Time setting to see when it is restricted. To see the time available to reserve you need to reference the scheduler(s)
In order to centralize this functionality what if the schedulers are 'Boss" where an Admin can easily view/modify the reservation type.
Here is an Example:
